Motley Agency is a contemporary Helsinki-based agency that integrates strategic consulting, service design, and technological development. Their guiding motto "We solve first-world problems" served as the foundation and starting point for the design.

Motley's new office spans 450m2, across two floors. The objective was to craft a sophisticated and stylish space, while maintaining an element of playfulness, suited for their expanding team of young professionals. Inspiration for the design drew from classic cigar lounges and the aesthetics of the Mad Men TV series.

The interior concept was created in collaboration with designer Robin Falck.
