The Foundation for Student Housing in the Helsinki Region (HOAS) is a non-profit foundation founded to relieve the shortage of student housing in the capital area. At present, it operates as the primary provider of student housing in the Greater Helsinki area.

In 2016, HOAS introduced its updated visual identity, designed by Nórr design, prompting the need to ensure that its customer service point in Kamppi effectively conveyed the newly established brand image.

The new distinctive logo and clear, robust, and recognizable colors served as the foundation for the design. Durable oak and leather elements convey warmth and quality in addition to supporting the chosen color palette. The space seamlessly blends playfulness with a sense of boldness. To manage various brochures effectively, bespoke display stands for customer service points were designed, along with a notice board for further collection and organizing of brochures, notes and posters.
